I am in pain....ALOT OF PAIN!

no joke! i went on a retreat with my church's youth group (actually I went as a babysitter for my youth pastor's kids) and now i can barely feel my arms (from carrying one of the 3 kids I had to watch up and down sand hills ALL DAY)! it was pretty cool all in all though! dance ministry is growing! hallelujiah! by the way, i have tried and tried to put a video i made of out practices and final product but try as i might it just won't go through so i'll see what i can do, but if worse comes to worse I'll just post a couple of regular pics for all to see :) ok gotta stop now...my body feels like a rubber band that's been stretched too much. i think i grew 3 inches! ha ha...ow!
